FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions are set out to ensure that all users & contributors of FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk (an Eden Multimedia Ltd website) do so fairly and equitably and may be revised at anytime to reflect current English law, or to deal with any issues that may occur from time to time that require specific clarification. The decision of Eden Multimedia Ltd is final.
- Listings are for 12 months, renewable annually.
No refunds are made for listings that are cancelled within 12 months. - Listing fees are
payable annually in advance via PayPal.
Sorry, no cash, cheque's or other methods of payment are accepted. - Your personal details will not be sold on or passed to any third party (unless legally required to do so), we do not collect or retain any financial information on FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk.
- Fees for all new listings are payable prior to the listing being made active (the listing period starts from the activation date). If the listing is declined for any reason (i.e. not made active), a full refund will be given.
- To ensure continuity of listing, renewal fees are due a minimum of 10 working days prior to the renewal date. If the renewal date passes without the renewal fee being paid the listing will be automatically suspended until payment is received.
- All contributors are expected to represent their business honestly and with due diligence e.g. no false claims, no fake offers, no trying to pass themselves off as another business etc. Any listing breaking this rule will have their listing cancelled. No refund will be made for any outstanding listing period.
- It is the responsibility of the person or persons submitting the listing to comply with UK laws, Trading Standards etc.
- FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk does not accept any liability, implicit or inferred, for any business, product or service listed on FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk.
- Listings that are likely to cause offence or are generally in bad taste are not permitted and will be removed.
- Pornography, violence, abuse, listings promoting racial/religious hatred, etc. of any kind is not permitted. Listings containing such content will be refused/suspended/deleted and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any listing application (or cancel an existing listing) if it considers the submission or nature of business to be unsuitable for listing with FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk.
- Website availability. Unfortunately, web servers have to undergo maintenance from time to time, this is beyond the control of FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk. If the web server is off-line for a prolonged continuous period of more than 48 hours all listing periods will be extended by an equivalent period.
- If required, FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk and Eden Multimedia Ltd will provide all assistance/information to the appropriate authorities.
